The Pacific Center for Oculofacial and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery is the premier provider of services related to aesthetic plastic and reconstructive surgery of the forehead, eyelids, and midface in Northern California. 


Dr. Stuart Seiff, M.D.

Stuart R Seiff, M.D., is the founder of the Pacific Center for Oculofacial and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.  He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and has received specialized training in plastic surgery.  This combined training and experience have qualified him as a Fellow of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS).  He is currently honored to serve as a Past President and member of the Executive Committee of ASOPRS.  He is also the Program Director for the CPMC (affiliated with UCSF) ASOPRS Fellowship Program in oculofacial plastic surgery.

The most gratifying part of his medical practice is providing medical and surgical care to you, our patients, within the field of oculofacial plastic surgery.  However, he is also committed to helping train the next generation of surgeons in this field.  He served over 20 years on the full time faculty in the Department of Ophthalmology at UCSF and continues as part of the faculty on a part time basis.


Dr. Eve Moscato, M.D.

Eve E. Moscato, M.D. is a highly trained specialist in Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.  She is a graduate of a the esteemed American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) accredited Oculofacial Plastic Surgery Fellowship Program at University of California, San Francisco, and California Pacific Medical Centers.  She is a board-certified fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO).  Dr. Moscato is affiliated with the Eye Surgery Center of San Francisco, Mills Peninsula Medical Hospital, and the departments of ophthalmology at California Pacific Medical Centers, University at California, San Francisco, and Stanford University.

Dr. Moscato works with patients closely on a one-on-one basis to tailor individual management and treatment of various conditions of the eyelids, midface, and orbits.  She enjoys the diversity of oculofacial plastic surgeries and being able to provide patient care in several offices in the Bay Area.
