Dr. Stuart Seiff, M.D., is the founder of The Pacific Center for Oculofacial and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and has received specialized training in plastic surgery. This combined training and experience has qualified him as a Fellow of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS).
Dr Seiff is honored to have served as a Past President of ASOPRS and a long-term member of the ASOPRS Executive Committee. He is also the Program Director for the CPMC (affiliated with UCSF) ASOPRS Fellowship Program in oculofacial plastic surgery.
The most gratifying part of his medical practice is providing medical care and surgical care to you, our patients, within the field of oculofacial plastic surgery. However, he is also committed to helping train the next generation of surgeons in this field. Dr. Seiff served over 20 years as full-time faculty for UCSF and continues as part of the faculty on a part-time basis.
Eve Moscato, M.D.
Dr. Eve Moscato, M.D., is a highly-trained specialist in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery. She is a graduate of the esteemed American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) Fellowship Program at the University of California San Francisco (UCSF) and California Pacific Medical Centers (CPMC). She is a board-certified fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO). Dr. Moscato is affiliated with the Eye Surgery Center of San Francisco, Mills-Peninsula Medical Center, and the departments of ophthalmology at CPMC and UCSF.
Dr. Moscato works with patients closely on a one-on-one basis to tailor individual management and treatment of various conditions of the eyelids, midface and orbits. She enjoys the diversity of oculofacial plastic surgery and being able to provide patient care in several offices in the Bay Area.
Loreley Smith, M.D.
Dr. Loreley Smith, M.D., is a board-certified ophthalmologist and American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) fellowship-trained oculofacial plastic surgeon. She graduated with Latin Honors from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Medicine, receiving additional honors including Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, the Vice Chancellor’s Honor Award, and the Women in Medicine Scholarship Achievement. Dr. Smith completed her medical internship training at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, and her ophthalmology residency training at Washington University in St. Louis, where she received accolades for her teaching, clinical, and surgical excellence. Following residency, she completed her ASOPRS fellowship-training with The Pacific Center for Oculofacial and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery in combination with California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC) and the University of California San Francisco (UCSF).
Dr. Smith was raised in Kansas City, Missouri after immigrating from Buenos Aires, Argentina as a child. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, reading historical fiction, exercising, and exploring all of the wonderful food and activities that the Bay Area has to offer (although she remains a loyal Kansas City Chiefs fan!).
Dr. Smith is passionate and committed to providing comprehensive sub-specialty care tailored to the needs of each patient. Her services cover a broad range of aesthetic and reconstructive interventions. This includes procedures of the eyelid, eyebrow, mid-face, orbital, tear drainage system, cancer, and trauma. She is also enthusiastic about non-surgical aesthetic rejuvenation including skin care, neurotoxins, facial fillers, peels, and more. Dr. Smith enjoys the diversity of oculofacial plastic surgery and provides patient care at several hospitals and offices in the Bay Area.
